Alamo Chapter of PMI

I must say that the group in this area is very active and very helpful. They meet once a month and have multiple subgroups that are member specific (i.e. Agile, etc.). They keep the meetings on a tight schedule and and promptly send you your CE credits for PMI's CE requirements.

I have also met with Phil Williams who is the standard instructor for several of the certification classes. He is very helpful and commonly attends the meeting.

For new members there is an introduction done each meeting, introducing the new members to the functions of the chapter. There is also a fairly functional website that gives you way more information than is commonly given at group websites.
